Meet Your Coach
My name is India, and I believe deeply in people’s capacity to grow, change, and choose differently — often far beyond what they initially believe is possible.
Helping High-Performing People Create Lasting Confidence, Health, and Clarity
I work with ambitious people who may look successful on the outside but feel stuck, exhausted, disconnected, or frustrated on the inside. They’re capable, driven, and carrying a lot — yet something feels off. My role as a coach is to help clients create meaningful change through honest reflection, practical strategy, accountability, and sustainable behavior change.
I don’t believe growth comes from being shamed, “fixed,” or forced into someone else’s version of success. I believe real transformation happens when people feel supported enough to be honest with themselves, clear enough to make better decisions, and empowered enough to follow through consistently.
Why This Work Matters to Me
My path to coaching was shaped by lived experience. There was a season of my life when I felt weighed down by impossible standards, low self-worth, and patterns that were emotionally, mentally, and physically draining. I accepted situations and habits that were harming me because I had lost connection with my own value. Life felt heavy, confusing, and unsustainable; I was exhausted, unhealthy, and disconnected from who I truly wanted to be.
What ultimately shifted everything was a quiet but undeniable realization: I knew God had more planned for my life than I was allowing myself to have. I wasn’t being punished or forgotten — I was standing in my own way. Taking a leap of faith meant leaving behind what was familiar, even when it terrified me, and choosing growth over comfort, honesty over avoidance, and long-term growth over familiar patterns. That decision didn’t magically fix everything, but it changed the direction of my life. Since then, I’ve committed myself to ongoing personal growth, understanding that becoming your best self is not a destination, but a lifelong journey.
How I Coach Today
My coaching is grounded in both lived experience and professional training. I am a Certified Health Coach and Certified Life Coach through the Health Coach Institute, an International Coaching Federation–accredited program grounded in ethical practice and continuing education. My work is informed by both evidence-based coaching principles and real-life application, allowing me to support clients in a way that is professional, integrative, and deeply relatable.
I bring a practical, compassionate, and direct style to my work. Clients often come to me when they know they’re capable of more but feel stuck in cycles that no longer serve them.
Together, we work to create:
Greater confidence and self-trust
Improved health, energy, and consistency
Relief from burnout and overwhelm
Clearer direction and decision-making
Stronger boundaries and healthier relationships
Sustainable habits that support long-term success
A life of greater intention and alignment
What It’s Like to Work With Me
I aim to create a space where clients feel both supported and challenged. You can expect honesty, accountability, curiosity, and real conversations that lead to action. My goal is not to give you a script for life or hand you all the answers — it’s to help you reconnect with your own strength and build a life that feels aligned, healthy, and sustainable.
I strive to help my clients leave each conversation feeling more capable, more confident, and more connected to their own strength — without pretending life is neat or polished.
Ready for Change?
Meaningful change is possible when insight is paired with action, support, and consistency. If you’re ready to feel stronger internally and externally, I’d be honored to support you.

Who This Coaching is For
Coaching works best when it’s a collaborative, intentional process. I work with people of all genders and in all seasons of life who are open to reflection, willing to take responsibility without shame, and ready to engage honestly with themselves and the process. You don’t need to have everything figured out — clarity often comes through the work — but you do need a genuine willingness to show up, be curious, and take meaningful steps forward.
My coaching style balances thoughtful guidance with reflection. I won’t hand you a rigid set of rules or tell you who to be, but I also won’t reinforce stories or excuses that keep you stuck. I believe real change happens when support is paired with personal responsibility, encouragement, and accountability.
This may not be the right fit if you’re looking for therapy, clinical mental health treatment, or evaluations, or if you’re resistant to self-reflection or not fully committed to the process. I take this work seriously and work best with clients who do the same — those who are ready to invest in themselves and the life they want to build.
If you’re seeking supportive guidance rooted in honesty, growth, and possibility, this is a meaningful place to begin.
